Usen Udoh is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of the Dangote Group. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School and holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, School of Management and his first degree being of Bachelors of Engineering (with Hons) from University of Ilorin – Kwara State - Nigeria.
Usen left as a Managing Director of Accenture after working with the firm for 23 years, having worked in several countries, including Brazil, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the United States, while with Accenture. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Inoyo Toro Foundation, an NGO dedicated to eradicating poverty through quality education. He is also a Special Marshal with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC). He is also a founding member and Vice-President of Arsenal Nigeria, the Arsenal Nigeria- Naija Gunners Soccer Team in Nigeria and current serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Arsenal Nigeria- Naija Gunners
He is well rounded, multi-talented C-level Executive, an avid community builder, a people developer, a Father, a Husband and a Mentor. Usen’s one obsession is growing people! Outside of work, Usen loves life, He loves people and most of all he loves family and community. He is a Christian, with a deep conviction of his faith and source, constantly grateful for all the gifts he has been given; his talent, his life, his passion.
He primary leisure is playing and watching soccer and he is a life-long supporter of the North London Club - Arsenal FC, having played for 7 years with Cybury, the unofficial fans-club soccer team of Arsenal FC at the Worldnet Competition in the UK.
